Dear Parent/Guardian:
We will be changing our 21st CCLC afterschool Program starting Nov. 2nd. Due to lack of funding with the 21st CCLC program we must cut our program size.
Buses will run at 3:00pm for all out laying students (Chloride, White Hills, Meadview).
The students that have bus stops between Land Office and 23rd street. Those students will be going home at 4:00pm.
Homework Club will still be from 3:00pm - 4:00pm on Thursdays but with NO buses.
We will still have Before School Tutoring from 6:00am - 7:00am, Monday through Thursday.
We are sorry that we must make theses changes. We would like to service all students but with funding changes we must adapt also.
The program will run from Nov. 2nd to Nov. 19th_ We will then stop programming until after Christmas break. We will start again on Jan. 4th and run until April 29th_ There will be no Spring Intersession classes this year. So, students will be off school for 2 weeks from Mar. 8th to Mar. 18th. But we will be doing a summer school from May 24th to June 10th.

Vamos a cambiar nuestro 21° Programa Extraescolar CCLC a partir del 2 de noviembre. Debido a la falta de financiaci6n con el programa 21° CCLC, debemos reducir el tamano de nuestro programa.
Los autobuses circularan a las 3:00pm para los estudiantes que trabajan en la calle (Chloride, White Hills, Meadview).
Los estudiantes que tienen paradas de autobus entre Land Office y la calle 23. Esos estudiantes se iran a casa a las 4:00pm.
El Club de los deberes seguira siendo de 3:00pm a 4:00pm los jueves, pero NO habra autobuses.
Seguiremos teniendo clases particulares antes del colegio de 6:00am a 7:00am, de lunes a jueves.

Lamentamos tener que hacer estos cambios. Nos gustaria atender a todos los estudiantes, pero con los cambios en la financiaci6n tambien debemos adaptarnos.
El programa se celebrara del 2 al 19 de noviembre. Luego dejaremos de programar hasta despues de las vacaciones de Navidad. Volveremos a empezar el 4 de enero y se mantendra hasta el 29 de abril. Este ano no habra clases de intersesion de primavera. Asi que los estudiantes estaran fuera del colegio durante 2 semanas, del 8 al 18 de marzo. Pero haremos una escuela de verano del 24 de mayo al 10 de junio.
